The LMM Duramax Diesel TrucksThe 2007 model year brought a lot of changes for all diesel engine emissions requirements and the Duramax was no exception. Mechanically VERY similar to the LBZ, to change the LMM Duramax specs slightly, these trucks are equipped with DPF emissions systems. Aside from the emissions systems these are excellent running reliable and powerful trucks.
Common LMM Duramax ProblemsEquipped with a very basic and early designed DPF replacement and/or removal, the LMM often will be necessary at some point within the ownership.
